What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activity Transport position at Community Care Centers Inc?
Transport Driver will be:
- Transport patients to doctor's appointments
- Keep the facility transportation log updated.
- Complete maintenance log for any necessary van repairs/inspections.
- Flexible hours
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a long-term care, hospital or other institutional setting (preferred, not required)
- Desire to work with the elderly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and efficiently
- CNA preferred but not required.
- Chauffeur's license required to drive 14-passenger van.
