About the Role:
We are seeking a Nursing Nurse Aide in Training to join our team in Ste Genevieve. In this role, you will be responsible for providing basic care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and help them with mobility and exercise. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Current certification as a nursing assistant
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to lift and move patients with or without accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
