We are currently seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our team in Safe Harbor (44108 / 44119).
Schedule Available:
Tuesday & Thursday
Every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday (3/13–3/15 rotation)
5:30 AM – 8:50 AM & 3:35 PM – 8:50 PM
This is an hourly, with pay distributed bi-weekly.

What You’ll Do
At CBNS, our nurses provide comprehensive, person-centered care, including:
- Monitoring overall health and identifying early signs of medical concerns
- Managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, dementia, seizures, heart failure, skin ulcers, and respiratory issues
- Performing skilled nursing procedures and specimen collection
- Wound assessment and care
- Medication administration and related documentation
- Providing education and support to patients and caregivers
- Coordinating care with physicians, therapists (PT, OT, Speech), and other healthcare professionals
- Helping reduce hospitalizations through proactive assessment and education
You’ll serve as a trusted liaison between patients, caregivers, and the broader healthcare team — making a direct and lasting impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unencumbered Ohio LPN or RN license
- Current BLS (CPR) certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Flexible and dependable
- Professional communication skills and team mindset
