Unlike traditional home care roles that require long drives across multiple counties, CBNS nurses typically travel no more than 15 miles between locations, allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable LPNs or RNs to serve our Rosewood/Franklin group home locations (44131/44147)
Every Monday, Wednesday & every other Friday, Saturday & Sunday (5/1-5/3)
5:30 am - 8:15 am
Compensation is paid on a per-visit basis with bi-weekly pay.

What You'll Do
Our nurses provide person-centered nursing care that focuses on maintaining health, identifying early medical concerns, and supporting long-term wellness.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care
- Perform and document assessments including vital signs, body systems, pain, and psychosocial status
- Assess, monitor, and treat wounds as ordered
- Perform skilled nursing procedures and specimen collection
- Support chronic condition management such as diabetes, dementia, seizures, heart failure, respiratory conditions, and skin conditions
- Identify early warning signs of serious medical issues such as dehydration, aspiration, bowel obstruction, GERD, or sepsis
- Provide education and support to patients and caregivers regarding medications, equipment, and health management
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Complete medication-related tasks such as administration, documentation, and physician order coordination
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Board of Nursing License (LPN or RN) in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals
- Flexibility with scheduling and work locations
