We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training & development programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll systems (such as When I Work ), and workers' compensation processes while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Lead compliance efforts related to FMLA, OSHA standards, labor laws, and contracts to mitigate risks and uphold legal standards.
- Supervise HR sourcing activities using ATS platforms like BambooHR to attract top talent efficiently.
- Conduct data analysis for HR metrics, process improvement initiatives, and strategic planning efforts utilizing HRIS systems.
- Manage HR projects including organization design, change management initiatives, and program management to support organizational agility.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR-related decision-making including budgeting, human capital management strategies, and policy development.
- Facilitate training sessions on conflict management, OSHA compliance, HR policies, and leadership development.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with a minimum of 2 years in a senior HR role or equivalent supervisory capacity. Experience in Home Health Setting and with CMS regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, benefits administration, and OSHA regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing through ATS platforms.
- Strong background in performance management systems such as BambooHR and Axxess along with experience in employee evaluation processes.
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, organizational design, succession planning, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday; data collection and analysis skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and change management projects is highly desirable.
