Your Role: Making a Meaningful Difference
As a Commonwise Caregiver, you are an advocate for your clients’ safety, independence, and quality of life. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Building Relationships: Develop lasting bonds with clients and their families.
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
- Instrumental ADLs (IADLs): Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving, and supporting client hobbies/interests.
- Advocacy: Act as a dependable support system for clients in various community settings.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 lbs.
- Frequent bending and movement.
- Strong visual, auditory, and communication skills.
