This role is designed for a CNA or LPN who desires to grow further in the homecare space. You'll still have all the opportunities to work with Clients/Care Team members, but also work side-by-side with the Commonwise Admin Team. Day to Day:

Commonwise is seeking one, highly professional CNA or LPN to serve as the Caregiver Ambassador in our Charleston, SC market. The Caregiver Ambassador is central to the delivery of our “premium” style of in-home personal care. This role works closely with three different departments contributing to Caregiver Satisfaction: Care Coordination (Scheduling Team), Engagement Team, and Care Management (Training & Shift Preparations). 


You'll participate in these three departments specifically, by:

  • Prepare Caregivers  for new care assignments.
  • Introducing Caregivers to clients in person and orienting them in the home setting.
  • Assisting with our “in-house” training of Caregivers.
  • Supporting Caregivers and participating in our appreciation and retention efforts.
  • Conducting and Reporting on in-home client visits. 
  • Schedule Caregivers daily for best fit and long term satisfaction 
  • Providing emergency shift coverage as needed (during normal business hours).

Salary:

$40,000-$45,000 (depending on training and experience)


Work Setting:

CAs work is both in the office and on the road. The primary role is engaging and preparing Caregivers as they pick up new clients, making sure they are well equipped with support. CAs work on the road includes a number of weekly client home visits in and around Charleston (mileage is reimbursed).
