Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, prioritize, and dispatch service calls to HVAC technicians.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding appointments, scheduling, and service updates.
- Create accurate work orders and monitor jobs from initiation through completion.
- Support field technicians by coordinating schedules and assisting with service-related needs.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient daily operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and the HVAC service industry.
- Previous dispatching, service coordination, customer service, administrative, or call center experience.
- Experience in the HVAC, construction, facilities maintenance, or other field service industries.
- Familiarity with dispatching or service management software.
