Commercial Construction Project Manager/Estimator (5+ Yr exp req)

Commercial Construction Northwest, is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization.

Duties include (may change as necessary):

• Ensure the highest level of customer communication and service
• Review contracts/subcontracts
• Document control and distribution
• Lead team members and coordinate resources to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate with team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules
• Review project changes to ensure all parties are informed
• Estimating
• Review project reports to ensure projects are on budget and successful
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Communicate with customers to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and customers
• Manage vendor relationships and pricing
• Track and process all change orders and extras on projects
• Provide daily/weekly reporting to the project team and customer
• Review invoices and communicate any discrepancies/issues with project team to address
• Manage all closeout and punch list activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
• 5 year experience as a Construction Project Manager

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be reliable and professional
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints
• Strong leadership skills

Compensation:

• Competitive Salary: $100K - $125K
