- Expertise in Construction Estimating, Cost Management, and Project Estimation
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for projects
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members

- Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior experience as a Project Estimator or related role in construction is an advantage
