About the Role
Comfy Cubs is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Product Development Assistant / Sample & Office Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll support our Co-Founder & CEO and Product Development team with sample coordination, organization, and day-to-day office operations.

What You’ll Do
✨ Receive, track, and organize incoming product samples
✨ Keep detailed records of sample versions and updates
✨ Support the Product Development team with communication and project coordination
✨ Assist our Co-Founder/CEO with scheduling and daily office needs
✨ Greet visitors, manage deliveries, and help keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Organized, reliable, and proactive
✔️ Strong attention to detail and communication skills
✔️ Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
✔️ Familiar with basic office tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Monday.com a plus)
✔️ Eager to learn and grow within a creative, fast-moving environment
✔️ Prior administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required
