Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Wholesale Representative to join our team on-site in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale clients, driving sales, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to address client needs. You will play a key role in representing our brand and ensuring that our wholesale operations are seamless and customer-focused. This role also includes assisting with wholesale and industry trade shows throughout the year, including planning, preparation, on site setup, and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service and customer satisfaction to address client needs and deliver positive experiences.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in wholesale, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with wholesale partners, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with products in the nursery or baby care industry is a plus.
