What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning systems, and controls
- Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
- Complete repairs and replacements according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Troubleshoot electrical components and HVAC system issues
- Communicate recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools with care
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with electrical diagnostics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach
Preferred (Not Required):
- NATE Certification
- OSHA or additional safety certifications
