Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
What You'll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, condensers, air handlers, and controls
- Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork as needed
- Perform soldering and brazing on copper line sets and HVAC connections
- Complete installations according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
- Complete installation paperwork, checklists, and required documentation
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification required
- Experience with soldering and sheet metal fabrication
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification (preferred)
- OSHA or other safety certifications (preferred)
