WE’RE HIRING — HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER
Anderson’s Air is looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team in Hampton Roads.
We need someone who is comfortable working independently and can handle BOTH residential service calls and HVAC installations/changeouts.
Pay: $28–$35/hour DOE overtime
What we’re looking for:
- Residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment independently Experience with residential system replacements/changeouts Brazing, evacuation, startup and refrigerant charging experience Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues EPA 608 certification Valid driver’s license and good driving record Dependable, professional and able to communicate well with homeowners Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up when they’re supposed to
This is NOT an entry-level/helper position. We are looking for an experienced technician who can be trusted to run service calls independently and also perform quality installations.
Company work truck provided for work-related use.
Full-time position with steady work throughout Hampton Roads.
