Comfortable Climate Heating, AirPlumbing is a locally owned HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, and the Middle Peninsula. We're known for quality workmanship, honest service, and taking care of our customers and our team.
We're looking for an experienced HVAC professional to lead our service teams and help take our company to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing technicians, solving complex problems, improving processes, and creating a culture where people take pride in their work.

What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support residential HVAC service technicians
- Provide technical guidance on advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and difficult repairs
- Coach technicians through ride-alongs, field evaluations, and hands-on training
- Help improve service quality, efficiency, and customer experience
- Manage daily service operations, scheduling, workflow, and team priorities
- Support preventative maintenance programs and emergency service needs
- Step into the field during peak seasons to assist with service calls, diagnostics, and estimates
- Monitor quality standards, safety practices, and compliance requirements
- Assist with service reporting, documentation, invoicing accuracy, and operational improvements
- Help develop technicians and build a stronger service department
What We're Looking For
- 5-6 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Previous HVAC leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification required
- Experience with scheduling, service operations, and team coordination
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others
