Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels to ensure guest comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures with attention to detail.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods comfortably.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
