Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers with inquiries or reservations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, questions, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing information during night audits or shift changes.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled swiftly.
• Assist with guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and resolving issues to enhance their stay.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with energy, positivity, and a solution-oriented approach.
