We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, the ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service while managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. Experience with the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using the OPERA system.
  • Manage room reservations, availability.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports through the OPERA system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby area organized, and presentable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Hotel experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $14 - $16
