We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the both day and night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage phone systems to answer calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest needs or concerns.
- Assist in managing reservations and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) abilities are highly valued.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
