We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone and email in both English and Spanish- Perform insurance verification and follow up on claims
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required)- Prior experience with insurance verification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $22.00 — $24.00 per hour, based on experience- Health benefits after 90-day probationary period
