We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Treatment Manager to oversee the operations of our dental clinic. Duties
- Manage daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
- Supervise and support staff, including nurses and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee patient treatment plans, ensuring that all procedures are conducted according to best practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar practice management software.
- Coordinate scheduling for patients and staff to optimize clinic workflow.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff on medical administrative processes and patient management techniques.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in medical management or practice management within a dental or veterinary clinic is preferred.
- Strong background in medical administrative support, with familiarity in using Dentrix or similar software.
- Experience as a nurse or in a clinical role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and patients.
- Ability to lead teams and manage personnel effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
