- Age 18 with a polished, professional presence
- Valid driver’s license & proof of insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Sales experience a plus (not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
- Confident multitasking under pressure
- Reliable transportation & ability to work across Pottsville, Fayetteville, Selinsgrove & Cleona
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Respond quickly to client inquiries and coordinate in‑home assessments
- Match caregivers to clients with precision and care
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Troubleshoot service issues and ensure timely, high‑quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Support scheduling, communication, and daily operational flow
- Collaborate with providers and internal teams
- Maintain a consistent, in‑person presence Monday–Friday, 8:30a–5p
