- Coordinate and adjust client schedules to ensure consistent daily coverage
- Act as the main point of contact for families and caregivers regarding service updates
- Track changes in client needs and update care plans accordingly
- Handle incoming scheduling requests, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments
- Keep client records organized, complete, and up to date in the system
- Work closely with office staff to support smooth daily operations and staffing coordination
- Communicate important updates clearly to ensure continuity of care
- Assist in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or service gaps
- $14.00– $16.00/hour starting wage
