Scheduling & Billing Coordinator – In-Home Care Agency
Comfort Keepers – Easton, MD
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Comfort Keepers is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Scheduling & Billing Coordinator to join our growing in-home care team. This position plays a key role in supporting our caregivers, clients, and office operations while helping us provide exceptional care to seniors throughout the community.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting our current full-time scheduler with the process of scheduling caregivers for clients
- Assist with billing and documentation for state-funded programs
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist clients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate client and employee records
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and healthcare professionals
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and problem-solve quickly
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with scheduling, healthcare, or office administration preferred
- Computer proficiency required
