Front Desk Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team.

Shift needed: Second Shift (2 PM-10PM) Holidays and Weekends required.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately using hotel management software.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel's operational needs.
