We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and representing the hotel in a professional manner.
## Duties
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist with reservations, check-outs, and payment processing
- Manage phone calls and reservations with excellent phone etiquette
- Perform night audit procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
## Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
