Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning services across all hotel areas.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of daily, weekly, and special cleaning tasks.
• Oversee floor care operations including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement to maintain operational efficiency.
• Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around guest activities and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial leadership roles within hospitality or industrial cleaning environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial best practices.
• Prior experience with hotel operations or hospitality industry standards is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies; ability to oversee complex custodial projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
