Responsibilities

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Handle reservations and cancellations through various channels while ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold security protocols to safeguard guest information and property.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
