What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Comfort Inn and Suites?
Our Maintenance Tech is responsible for the upkeep of all of our rooms including plumbing, electrical and carpet. Also in charge of keeping all common areas clean and maintained. Pool Experience is preferred. Bi lingual is preferred but not mandatory. Our Maintenance tech spends a great deal of time outside maintaining the grounds so must be willing to work inside and out. We need someone who sees no work as below or above them as a candidate you must be a team player, you must be punctual and dependable, and have great customer service skills as you will be working with the public. Everything that needs to be done from preventative maintenance to fixing things is under this job description. That includes painting, cleaning grout, taking out trash, shampooing floors, fixing outlets, ect. No job too small or to big. Must be willing to work weekends
