Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, contributing to both safety and efficiency.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct inspections of electrical systems, including logic controllers, to identify potential issues, maintain pool chemicals, pool logs, painting, furniture touch up, landscaping, keep parking lot clean.
- Fabricate parts as needed using various tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems effectively.
- Maintain during projects, providing guidance and leadership as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Proficiency in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
- Ability to read schematics and understand electrical systems.
- Leadership skills with experience in supervising or mentoring others is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
