Comfort Inn & Suites Porter, part of the Choice Hotels family, is looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming environment for all our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure lobby and front desk area are clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues professionally
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
- Follow Choice Hotels brand standards and hotel policies
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle busy shifts
- Basic computer knowledge (PMS experience is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
