Front Office Receptionist Position
East Wind Acupuncture is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about wellness, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
· Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
· Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
· Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
· Handle payments and insurance paperwork
· Support the team with daily office operations
Qualifications
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
· Proficient in computer and office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
· Previous experience in a medical or wellness office preferred but not required
