Position: Front Desk Associate
About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to become the friendly faces of our hotel. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and comfortable stay.
Shift Hours:
- Mixed schedule of shifts which could include:
- PM Shifts: 3 PM - 11 PM- approx. 4 shifts per week.
- Preference given to those who are able and willing to help cover open shifts due to a variety of reasons such as requested time off.
- Does include working weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
