We are seeking a dedicated and professional Afternoon Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Operate phone systems to assist with incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies regarding guest privacy and security.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices is essential.
- Experience in guest relations or guest services will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
