Duties

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile accounts, verify reservations, and update billing records
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting the premises, and controlling access points
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record keeping
- Support front desk operations by managing guest services such as room assignments, key issuance, and wake-up calls
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with guests and team members
- Previous experience in night audit or overnight hotel roles highly preferred
