Duties
- Greet and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing, and guest inquiries using multi-line phone systems
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and swift resolution
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to facilitate seamless day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism
- Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest services and guest relations
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and detail-oriented during overnight shifts
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, including guest privacy, safety protocols, and hospitality management best practices
