We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Housekeeping Worker to join our team. Duties
- Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and clothing items
- Sort laundry items according to type and cleaning requirements
- Perform dry cleaning procedures for delicate or specialized fabrics
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ensure all linens are inspected for quality before distribution or storage
- Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and detergents
- Support overall housekeeping operations as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with commercial laundry machines and maintenance routines is a plus
- Experience with hotel or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
