Duties

- Supervise and train the sales team, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and guest relations.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract new business.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas for growth.
- Oversee budgeting processes related to sales initiatives and ensure alignment with overall hotel financial goals.
- Manage guest services operations, ensuring high standards of hospitality are maintained at all times.
- Handle inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Participate in night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field, with a focus on sales or revenue management.
