Front Desk Staff

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming environment.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting. The hours would be 3pm-11pm. and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
• Answer phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls accurately
• Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, deliveries, and taking reservations.
• Maintain organized reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible
• Assist with clerical duties such as taking reservations, checking in guests, and maintaining hotel lobby areas, and assisting in laundry as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff to address inquiries and provide support as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior office experience or administrative support background, or hotel experience.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in typing, and guest reservations, and or concerns.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment, and problem solve.
• Demonstrated phone answering skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional communication style
• Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Prior hotel or office management experience is a plus but not required

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
