Front Desk Agent

Job Summary

Duties

• Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
• Handle all front desk responsibilities including check-ins, check out guests and visitor sign-in procedures
• Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading
• Utilize computer skills to update databases, manage calendars, and support office management tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Support administrative functions such as copying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining proper phone etiquette

Skills

• Experience with office management, clerical tasks, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment helpful
• Strong computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications helpful
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Experience with bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial transactions. Accounting/cash handling experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
• Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing data entry accurately
• Familiarity with receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
