Comfort Inn - Front Desk Agent

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate departments

- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information

- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures

- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy

Skills:

- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment

- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable

- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
