Our Comfort Inn & Suites of Riverton is looking for a versatile and detail oriented Night Auditor to support our Front Office operations during night time.

What will you do?
If you enjoy when no day is the same, Then this is what you could expect to do:
- Welcome the guests and consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Contribute to guest’s satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Review arrivals, ensure that special requests are met and service is anticipatory.
- Handle Guest concerns and react promptly, logging, notifying proper areas and ensuring the utmost satisfaction in resolutions.
- Audit daily hotel revenues and ensure all daily transactions are balancing across all systems.
- Ensure all financial discrepancies are justified and backed up.
- Assist in setting up & running our breakfast for guests
- Assist in growing ALL program membership.
Who are we looking for?

- A solid background in customer service is essential, a previous experience in hotels is always welcomed!
