- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance, with the ability to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve system malfunctions effectively.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- EPA certification or knowledge of relevant environmental regulations is required.
- Technical training or certification in HVAC systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional, organized manner.
- Valid driver’s license
