THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting service operations and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Support senior technicians on service calls and installations
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Provide professional customer service to homeowners
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
REQUIREMENTS
- No experience required — HVAC or related experience preferred
- Willing to train the right candidate
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
