Fireplace Sales Consultant — Hudson, WI — $70,000–$140,000 (Commission)
If you love helping people fall in love with a room, this is your kind of sales job. At Comfort By Design, you'll sell the centerpiece of a home — our full line of gas, wood, and electric fireplaces — from both our showroom and customers' living rooms.
No two days look the same: one minute you're helping a walk-in customer picture their dream mantel, the next you're out on a home visit figuring out venting and placement. It's part sales, part design consulting, and it's never boring.
What You'll Do
- Guide showroom customers through our fireplace and hearth lineup
- Visit customers' homes to plan the perfect install
- Build quotes and close the sale, with financing options that make it easy
- Keep our showroom looking sharp and inspiring
- Hand off to an install team that delivers every time

What We're Looking For
- 2 years of fireplace/hearth sales or related home-improvement retail sales experience
- Comfort working both showroom and in-home appointments
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- An eye for design and a knack for reading what customers really want
