We're Eastern MN/Western WI's most trusted name in home comfort, and we're growing. We need a sharp, personable closer who can walk into a homeowner's living room, understand what they actually need, and deliver a solution they feel great about.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in their homes and become their trusted comfort advisor
- Design custom HVAC solutions — no cookie-cutter pitches
- Present financing that makes “yes” easy
- Close deals and hand off to our install team, who make you look good on every job
- Build a book of referrals that pays you long after the first sale

- 2 years of HVAC sales or related industry-specific sales experience
- A track record of hitting numbers
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
