Epoxy Flooring Installer / Concrete Coating Installer

Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is hiring multiple Concrete Coating Installers for our Atlanta-area production team.

This position is based out of our Norcross, GA hub and involves traveling to residential and commercial job sites throughout the Atlanta market.

We are looking for dependable, hard-working people with experience in construction, flooring, concrete, painting, coatings, remodeling, restoration, masonry, landscaping/hardscaping, or other hands-on skilled trades.

Previous epoxy or concrete-coatings experience is preferred, but not required for every position. We provide paid training on our installation systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Install epoxy and polyaspartic concrete coating systems
• Grind and prepare concrete surfaces
• Perform crack repair, patching, and surface preparation
• Mix and apply coating materials
• Operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, and other installation equipment
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Travel to customer job sites in company vehicles
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Work closely with the crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently
• Help maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment

Compensation

This position uses a production / commission-based compensation structure.

Potential weekly earnings: $1,000–$2,200

Actual earnings depend on production, workload, experience, and performance.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to our Norcross-area hub
• Comfortable driving company trucks and trailers
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Willing to travel to job sites throughout the Atlanta market
• Comfortable with occasional overnight travel when needed
• Dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Day shift
• Occasional Saturdays depending on production needs

This is an in-person, field-based position. Employees report to our Norcross-area hub and travel to job sites throughout the Atlanta market.

We are hiring multiple technicians now.
