Comer & Cross is expanding our Pittsburgh sales team and looking for competitive, motivated sales professionals who want a high-income opportunity without spending their day searching for leads.
We provide the opportunities. You close them.
Our sales reps run 3–5 pre-set appointments per day with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our premium concrete floor coating systems.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No lead generation.

What You'll Do
You'll meet with homeowners throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area, learn what they're looking for, present the right concrete coating solution and confidently ask for the sale.
We handle the marketing and appointment generation so you can focus on what you do best: selling.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Competitive and motivated by income
- Confident communicating with homeowners
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
- Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
- Self-motivated, dependable and driven to improve
Previous experience in outside sales, automotive sales, roofing, windows, HVAC, remodeling, home improvement or other commission-driven sales is a plus, but concrete coating experience is not required.
Schedule
Appointments are scheduled Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. This is a field-based position serving homeowners throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based sales position following paid training. Earnings are uncapped and directly tied to performance.
