Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is expanding into the Boston market, and we're looking for hardworking Installers and Lead Technicians who want more than just another construction job.

What You'll Do
- Prepare concrete through grinding, crack repair, and surface prep
- Install premium epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems
- Work efficiently alongside a professional installation crew
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Drive company trucks and trailers when needed
- Deliver high-quality work that customers are proud to show off
What We're Looking For
- Construction, flooring, painting, concrete, masonry, or skilled trades experience preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Willingness to work long days during busy seasons
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time

- Construction or Skilled Trades: 2 years preferred
- Valid Driver's License Required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
